Switching networks

The method of network switching is described later in this section.

MCH was connected to the Ethereum network, a blockchain, but now it is also connected to the Polygon network. Both of them handle tokens in almost the same standard. The address of the wallet can be used in common, but the tokens held in it are managed separately. You can choose which network you want to use when you transfer your MCH assets, NFTs, to the on-chain. The differences between the two networks are constantly changing, so please refer to the information on each external website.

How to switch networks(PC)

When using Metamask in a PC browser, you can switch to Polygon by clicking the "Switch Network" menu in the upper right menu. If you want to switch back to Ethereum, you need to use the standard function of Metamask. When you open Metamask, there is a button with the name of the network at the top, and you can switch from here.

How to switch networks (Mobile)

It is in the app settings.

Currently, the MCH App is the only one that supports the Polygon network.

We have received information from users that it is also possible to use the Metamask app. (This app is not full supported.)

Please select "Network" > "Matic" from "Settings" at the bottom right of the app to switch.

In the case of iPhone, it has been reported that you need to drop the app and restart it for it to work properly.

For Android, it has been reported that transactions cannot be generated without a special operation.

The solution is as follows 1. Make a backup of your account (be sure to save the backup, not only in this case). 2. Delete the account from the app once. 3. Switch the network to Matic in the app settings. 4. Restore the account from the backup
