Community pool CI

It was adopted by the governance as a ground system for MCHC incentive ecosystem from the entire user base to user contributors. Pool accumulation has been started since the results of Cryptid Wars in season 32. You can check the history of the pooled amount and usage in the CI rate information.

  • Issue and pool an additional 2% CIs and distributed to users in Cryptid Wars every season.

    • These additional CIs belong to the user pool.

    • Following the existing ratio, Marketing pool will gain 25% of the User pool distribution(including 2% for contributors) and Management team will gain 100%.

    • ex)When users get 1,000CI in Cryptid Wars

      • AsIs:User Pool 1,000CI, Marketing 250CI, Management team 1,000CI

      • ToBe:User Pool 1,020CI(Users 1,000CI, Contributor pool 20CI), Marketing 255CI, Management team 1,020CI

  • Choose contributors via governance vote and grant CI to the contributors from the contributor pool every season

    • The maximum number of candidates is three. On the official Discord, we will nominate candidates.

    • We will vote on how much CI we will grant to each candidate via governance vote.

    • When there are several candidates, the management team regards these votes as one vote and distributes CI.

    • We will discuss choosing candidates every season. However, in the case that there are no suitable candidates, we will not conduct a governance vote in the season.

  • Exceptionally, a proposal right(holding 1% of MCHC) is not required for the governance vote that decides to grant CI to contributors.

  • By considering contributions to the previous season, we will discuss choosing candidates in the first week of the season, and vote in the second week.

  • Set a candidate committee, and the chairperson will coordinate the process of selecting candidates.

    • Select bearko, GreenMouse, HungryEma, minicohei, and PiyoPiyo as the initial members of the committee.

    • Choose the chairperson by mutual election among committee members.

    • In the case that it is difficult for the chairperson to coordinate the process, the chairperson can delegate the right to another member.

    • The committee can replace the member.

    • Users can select or dismiss the chairperson and the member of the committee by a governance vote.

    • No compensation for chairperson and committee members.
