"Transfer" means moving your assets, Hero and Extension, from Ethereum network to MCH world or from MCH world to Ethereum Network.

In Ethereum network, you can send your assets to the other player and get assets from the other player. Some third-party market, you can buy and sell your assets by Ethereum.

It may take as little as 1-2 minutes and as long as several hours. You can see what status of your assets in "Asset Transfer Status". If your assets are pending 2 and 3 days, please contact us in the official Discord.
